About the Role:

BIG SQUARE FEET is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Professional to play a key role in driving sales in the premium real estate sector.

We are looking for someone who is confident, coachable, proactive, people-oriented and target-driven. While prior sales experience is preferred, freshers with solid communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

The role involves working closely with prospective clients, generating and nurturing leads, coordinating client visits, understanding client requirements, and driving conversations through to successful sales closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture prospective client leads through calling, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Understand client requirements, present suitable projects, handle queries, and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate client site visits and property meetings,



ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and successful closure.
- Stay updated on projects, pricing, inventory, offers, and key developments in the real estate market.

Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Target-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
