Senior Executive / Executive - HR AE

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering
- Analyze employee sentiment through Amber Pulse, PTM Connects, surveys, and other feedback channels.
- Generate actionable insights to understand employee engagement levels, organizational health, and workforce concerns.
- Present engagement findings and recommendations during governance reviews and leadership forums.
- Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and annual appraisal cycles.
- Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans and development opportunities.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs across corporate functions.
- Organize recognition programs,



town halls, wellness initiatives, and cultural activities.
- Support grievance handling and employee conflict resolution.

2. CSR Program Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR projects aligned with organizational CSR strategy.
- Partner with NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Manage employee volunteering programs, man hours and participation drives.
- Monitor CSR project progress, budgets, and impact assessment activities.
- Prepare CSR reports, presentations, and compliance documentation as required.
- Ensure CSR activities align with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Generate HR dashboards and reports related to Current Joiner integration, attrition management, and CSR initiatives.
- Track key HR and CSR metrics for management review.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
