Growth Strategy & Execution

• Own and execute the end-to-end GTM calendar for product launches, campaigns and growth initiatives. • Work closely with the Founder to translate business objectives into measurable GTM programs. • Coordinate external GTM consultants, agencies and freelancers to deliver marketing initiatives. • Develop quarterly growth plans with measurable KPIs.

Content & Brand

• Manage blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters and website content. • Coordinate creation of product videos, webinars and educational content. • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. • Drive thought leadership initiatives for founders and product teams.

Product Marketing

• Develop messaging, positioning and value propositions. • Build sales presentations, product collateral and competitive battle cards. • Create launch plans for current product features. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Digital Marketing





• Own website optimization and SEO initiatives. • Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing. • Manage LinkedIn and other social media channels. • Track campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels.

Partner & Community Programs

• Coordinate accounting partner programs. • Support webinars, conferences and industry events. • Develop partner enablement material. • Build customer advocacy and referral programs.

Sales Enablement

• Create sales playbooks and pitch decks. • Support SDR and Sales teams with marketing-qualified leads. • Coordinate customer success stories and testimonials. • Ensure marketing and sales alignment

Growth Operations • Own the marketing calendar and campaign execution. • Manage marketing budgets and external vendors. • Track marketing KPIs, campaign ROI and pipeline contribution. • Present monthly GTM performance dashboards to leadership.
