Qualification

B.Pharm / B.Sc. / Any Graduate.

MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Ethical Division.

Proven experience in team handling and field force management is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth and market penetration.
- Conduct regular joint field work with Medical Representatives to coach, mentor, and improve their sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
- Analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends,



and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure the successful implementation of current product launches, promotional campaigns, and company initiatives.
- Conduct regular review meetings, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Ensure timely submission of Daily Call Reports (DCRs), tour plans, expense statements, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and regulatory guidelines.
