Role & responsibilities

Provide teleconsultation services through the

designated digital platform.
- Attend medical camps and conduct

Occupational Health Center (OHC) consultations

as required.
- Provide on-site medical consultations and

healthcare services during visits to old age

homes.
- Be available to work on weekends according to

roster schedules and public holidays based on

business requirements.
- Actively participate in webinars on digital

platforms and conduct seminars on medical

topics when required.
- Utilize the organization's Doctor Portal

(accessible via laptop, tablet, or mobile device)

for teleconsultations and prescription

generation.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans

while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance

with legal, ethical, and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and





uphold qualified standards of care.

Preferred candidate profile
- Mandatory: Valid MBBS degree.
- Registered Medical Practitioner with a valid

registration in the respective state.
- Strong medical knowledge and clinical

judgment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of healthcare laws,

regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills, including empathy and active listening.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be

considered an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare spaces like Practo,

Bajaj, and Mediassist can be considered.
