Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, coordinate with internal teams, handle follow-ups, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from booking to handover and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and service-related concerns.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Projects, and Site Teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, inspections,



and appointments.
- Keep customers informed about project progress, payment schedules, documentation, and other key updates.
- Coordinate the collection and verification of required customer documents.
- Follow up on pending payments and documentation in coordination with the Accounts Team.
- Maintain records of customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers during the possession and handover process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of unresolved customer issues to management.
- Support customer retention, referrals, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
