About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Executive – Learning to support the smooth and efficient delivery of training programs. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day learning operations, coordinating learners and instructors, maintaining training data and schedules, supporting channel partners, and ensuring a seamless experience across the training lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have robust training/learning operations or coordination experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.
- Coordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.
- Manage learner communications, including training invitations, reminders, and course-related updates.
- Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.
- Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.




- Assist in coordinating instructor schedules, training logistics, and classroom requirements.
- Publish and maintain course schedules and information on certification and partner portals.
- Support the maintenance of course catalogues, training content, and related documentation.
- Assist in managing trainer credentials, certification records, and accreditation requirements.
- Support channel partner administration, including onboarding, quotations, and operational requests.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other learning operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Learning & Coaching leadership team
