Role Description
The Franchise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the individual will identify and develop franchise opportunities, manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, and build robust relationships with potential franchise partners. The role includes creating and executing business plans, conducting market research, and generating qualified leads through various channels. The Franchise Sales Manager will present franchise models, negotiate terms, support new franchise onboarding,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchisee success and alignment with the company’s mission.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with experience managing multiple franchise prospects or locations.
- Strong Business Planning skills, including market analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in Lead Generation through digital, direct, and relationship-based channels.
- Excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or service-based franchising is highly beneficial.
