As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will go beyond facilitation. You will help create learning experiences that challenge people to think better, communicate better, and lead better.

What Youll Do
- Facilitate interactive learning sessions for professionals and future leaders.
- Help learners build communication, confidence, executive presence, and workplace effectiveness.
- Lead discussions, practice activities, and reflective exercises.
- Create a secure, engaging, and challenging learning environment.
- Observe learner behaviour and adapt your facilitation style in the moment.
- Work with curriculum, operations, and leadership teams.




- Improve session quality through feedback and iteration.
- Build your own facilitation, communication, and leadership skills quickly.
