HR Recruiter Intern (Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, HR Operations)

Medinex Workforce is seeking an HR Recruiter Intern to support talent acquisition activities, candidate coordination, recruitment documentation, and basic HR operations. This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in recruitment and looking to develop practical experience in a professional remote work environment.

Job Type: Full-Time Internship

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 1–3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with sourcing candidates through approved recruitment platforms

* Review applications and shortlist profiles against role requirements

* Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates

* Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment records

* Support follow-ups throughout the hiring process

* Assist with preparing recruitment reports and status updates

* Help organize onboarding documentation for selected candidates

* Coordinate with hiring teams regarding open positions and candidate progress

Qualifications





* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field

* Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

* Comfortable communicating with candidates through professional channels

* Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and online productivity tools

* Prior recruitment experience is not required
