About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our retail store at DB Mall, Bhopal.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the Consumer Durables / Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances / Retail industry and must have worked specifically as a Store Manager, handling the complete day-to-day operations, sales, team management, inventory and customer experience of a retail store.

The Store Manager will be responsible for driving store sales, achieving revenue targets, managing the store team, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Performance
- Own and drive the overall sales performance of the store.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Drive conversions,



average transaction value and product mix.
- Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve business.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximise store revenue.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of products.

2. Store Operations
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the store is opened and closed as per defined processes.
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, presentation and discipline.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and retail processes.
- Coordinate with HO / Area Sales Team for operational requirements.

3. Team Management
- Lead, manage and motivate the store sales team.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure the team has adequate product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage attendance, discipline and grooming
