About the Role
Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our US IT & Non-IT recruitment business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify potential US-based clients in IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other business development activities.
- Understand client hiring requirements and explain FZTA's recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and communicate client requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Support day-to-day sales and business development operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
- Willingness to work from office in Ranchi.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/sales experience can apply.
- Candidates interested in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, IT, or Non-IT staffing are preferred.
