We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tender Manager to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and post-tender follow-up. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Government and private tender portals, excellent documentation skills, and experience in handling end-to-end tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant tenders from GeM and other government/private tender portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for preparation of tender documents.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender documentation.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, performance security, bank guarantees, affidavits, undertakings, and other required documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive tender tracker and database of submitted, awarded,



rejected, and ongoing tenders.
- Monitor corrigenda, amendments, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and tender deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients/departments for queries, clarifications, and post-bid requirements.
- Track tender results, LOIs/LOAs, work orders, agreements, and contract-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper records and MIS related to tender activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GeM and other e-tendering portals.
- Strong understanding of government tendering and bidding procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission.
- Good analytical, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
