Designation: Deputy Project Manager Mechanical
Department: MEP
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10+ yrs (Should have experience from Contracting side)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP activities as per approved project drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and manage the MEP execution team at the project/site level.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams to ensure smooth MEP integration.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements.
- Coordinate for timely approval of drawings, materials, and technical submittals.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and resource requirements for MEP activities.




- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections, approvals, and resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and secure working practices.
- Prepare and review progress reports, MIS, and project-related documentation.
- Support cost control, material planning, procurement coordination, and project billing activities.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with consultants and project management teams.
