Role Description
The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Civil Lines. This role is responsible for designing and managing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multiple channels. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets,



setting up and optimizing campaigns, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent customer messaging. The manager will oversee CRM tools and processes, track performance metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights. This role also involves resolving customer issues, gathering feedback, and collaborating on initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
