About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven **Hair Transplant Counsellor** who can convert consultations into successful treatment bookings. If you have excellent communication, convincing skills, and a passion for helping clients while achieving sales targets, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
* Consult clients regarding hair loss concerns and treatment options.
* Explain hair transplant procedures and recommend suitable treatment plans.
* Convert walk-ins and leads into paying clients.
* Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
* Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to deliver an excellent client experience.
* Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
Requirements
* 1–5 years of experience in Hair Transplant, Aesthetic, Dermatology, Sales.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
* Target-driven and self-motivated.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Quick learner with solid relationship-building skills.
