Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the fundraising efforts for commercial real estate projects, including private equity investments and debt financing.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to secure funding from various sources, such as institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential investment opportunities and develop business cases for current projects.
- Manage relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in commercial real estate development or Industrial &Warehouse; Projects
- Proven track record of successfully securing funding for large-scale commercial projects through private equity or other means.
- Strong understanding of industrial projects, commercial buildings, and industrialization processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with investors at all levels.
