About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for a CA fresher looking to build a strong career in financial reporting, accounting, Ind AS, IGAAP, and financial analysis within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and review of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in accordance with Ind AS, IGAAP, and applicable accounting policies.
- Support preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and financial reporting packs.
- Assist in analysing financial data and identifying variances and trends.
- Support internal and statutory audit activities by providing required information and documentation.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and financial reporting requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting-related queries.




- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Ind AS and IGAAP.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn financial systems/ERP tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong learning agility and a proactive approach to work.

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers can apply.
