Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales & Business Development Executive to promote our premium terry towels to institutional customers across Tamil Nadu.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, generating orders and building long-term relationships with hotels, spas, hospitals, educational institutions and other commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business for premium terry towels.
2. Travel across assigned territories within Tamil Nadu.
3. Visit hotels, resorts, spas, hospitals, educational institutions, hostels, gyms, salons, corporate offices and other institutional customers.
4. Identify potential clients and convert enquiries into orders.
5. Conduct product presentations and customer meetings.
6.



Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing and deliveries.

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 years of experience in Institutional Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
Experience in textiles, hospitality supplies, linen, hotel supplies, housekeeping products or related industries will be preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel extensively.
