We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a litigation-oriented legal generalist with strong exposure to legal advisory, employment/labour matters and corporate legal matters.

Key Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Prior experience with a reputed small/mid-sized law firm and/or strong in-house legal experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in litigation, dispute resolution and legal advisory.
- Exposure to employment/labour laws, HR advisory, employee disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Experience in POSH matters, investigations and employment-related legal issues.
- Exposure to corporate, commercial, leasing and contractual matters.




- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of Indian labour, employment and corporate laws.
- Solid academic background and ability to work independently.
- This is an individual contributor role with no team-management responsibility.
