We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive who can drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, digital marketing initiatives, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and sales skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams for promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




- Assist in branding, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Update CRM and generate regular sales reports.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business dev
