The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities in high-rise residential and commercial building projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards. This role is critical to minimize accidents, injuries, and hazards in office by implementing proactive safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety among workers, contractors, and all project stakeholders. The Safety Engineer also ensures compliance with local safety regulations, audits safety procedures, and delivers regular training to ensure the well-being of all personnel.

Safety Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement a comprehensive site-specific Safety Management Plan aligned with local regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)




- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify hazards and assess safety risks on-site.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks and prevent accidents or injuries.

On-Site Safety Management
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect and audit the site regularly to identify potential hazards and ensure that safety measures are being followed.
- Conduct site walk-throughs to ensure that proper safety signage, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other safety measures are in place.

Safety Audits and Inspections
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure that safety policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed on-site.
- Ensure that all safety records and incident reports are accurately maintained, and follow up on corrective actions for any non-compliance issues.
