Social Media Manager – Artist Management Company

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of our artists and company.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
- Build robust and unique personal brands and digital identities for our artists.
- Create content calendars and manage daily posting across platforms.
- Identify and leverage viral trends, Reels, Shorts, sounds, hashtags, and new formats.
- Plan social media campaigns around music releases, performances, events, collaborations, and announcements.
- Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, captions, hooks, CTAs, and audience engagement.
- Monitor analytics and use data to improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall growth.
- Manage comments, DMs,



and fan communities.
- Keep up with social media algorithms, trends, competitors, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with artists, photographers, videographers, designers, and creative teams.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and other social media tools is preferred.
- Experience in music, entertainment, influencer marketing, or artist management is a plus.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands that social media is more than posting—they know how to build an artist's brand, grow a fanbase, create engaging/viral content, and deliver measurable results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
