World of Oorja is a fast-growing crystal and wellness brand, backed by a legacy of sourcing natural crystals since 2000. As we scale, we're looking for someone who can help shape
where the business goes next.

The Role

This isn't a role where you simply execute an existing roadmap.
You'll help build the roadmap.

We're looking for someone who can look at the business, market and consumer landscape and identify our next growth opportunities — whether that's a new revenue vertical, category, distribution channel, strategic partnership or an entirely recent business model.

You should be able to go from
“We should explore this” → “Here's the opportunity and business case” → “Let's build it.”

What You'll Do
- Identify and evaluate new
revenue verticals and business opportunities
- Find and build
strategic partnerships
with brands, platforms, retailers and other businesses
- Research markets, competitors and consumer trends to identify whitespace opportunities
- Build business cases around




market size, revenue potential, margins and investment
- Recommend which categories, channels and opportunities the company should pursue
- Work with the Founder on long-term strategy and annual growth priorities
- Take promising ideas from

, from validation to pilot and launch
- Identify untapped growth and profitability opportunities within the existing business

Who We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, New Ventures, Business Development or Growth
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking
- Comfortable with financial modelling, market research and business metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you naturally spot opportunities and figure out how to pursue them
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- High ownership and comfortable working directly with a Founder
- Experience in D2C, consumer, e-commerce or startups is a plus
