Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Structural Superintendent to oversee and coordinate structural construction and commissioning activities at site. The role will ensure structural works are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, HSSE requirements and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all structural construction and commissioning activities at site.
- Ensure structural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedule.
- Manage daily site activities including workforce, materials, equipment and subcontractors.




- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Lead and coordinate structural site inspections, testing and verification activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE, Quality and Process Safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Construction, Commissioning and other disciplines.
- Manage structural scope changes and ensure proper implementation at site.
- Maintain accurate progress reports, quality records and HSSE documentation.
- Supervise, mentor and guide construction supervisors and site teams.
- Identify construction risks, resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of structural works.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors and third-party stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, FPS
