Role Overview

We are looking for experienced lead compliance with 25 years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, banking, NBFC, or financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance across business operations, supporting Partner onboarding, maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, and working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen the company's compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA, AML, KYC, GST,



and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and evaluate their impact on business operations.
- Manage Partner onboarding compliance, KYC verification, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes.
- Review Partner documentation and ensure regulatory requirements are fulfilled before onboarding.
- Prepare, maintain, and update compliance policies, SOPs, registers, and internal documentation.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and regulatory inspections by coordinating documentation and responses.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions for compliance observations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Business teams on regulatory matters.
