Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with prior experience in telesales, preferably within the Insurance, BPO, or Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of insurance products and processes, along with strong coordination and communication skills to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
- Support lead management, follow-ups, and tracking of sales activities
- Maintain and update sales data, MIS reports, and CRM systems
- Assist in documentation and processing of insurance-related transactions
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities by coordinating with stakeholders




- Handle customer queries and provide basic information on insurance products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery

Preferred candidate profile
- Prior experience in telesales (Insurance/BPO/Call Centre preferred)
- Basic to good knowledge of insurance products and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
