Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional buying experience by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills, and be able to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email, Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls for abandoned carts and customer callback requests.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements by identifying their needs and asking relevant product-specific questions before recommending the most suitable solution.
- Recommend products based on the customer's riding style, motorcycle type, travel plans, weather conditions, budget, and intended use case.




- Sell a wide range of motorcycle riding gear and travel accessories, including riding jackets, riding pants, gloves, luggage systems, rainwear, base layers, and riding accessories.
- Provide accurate product and size recommendations based on customer measurements and usage requirements.
- Compare products and explain key features, differences, and advantages to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer queries effectively and guide customers throughout the buying journey to maximise sales conversions.
- Increase revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and recommending suitable alternative products whenever required.
- Create customer orders using Shopify and generate payment links through Razorpay if required.
- Handle customer requests for order modifications, additional product additions, and draft changes by coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
