- Own an integrated growth engine across paid acquisition, SEO/GEO, content, social, lifecycle and partnerships.
- Deliver revenue, recurring subscription growth, qualified enterprise pipeline and efficient unit economics across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
- Turn product capabilities and customer use cases into differentiated positioning, launches and demand for creators, marketers, brands, agencies and enterprises.
- Build a shared growth roadmap with Product, a strong specialist team and the measurement discipline required to improve activation, conversion, retention and scale

Key Responsibilities
- Business Planning & Commercial Ownership - Set annual and quarterly growth strategy, targets, budgets and forecasts across self-serve subscriptions and enterprise/API demand.Own revenue, MRR/ARR, qualified pipeline, CAC, LTV and payback goals; reallocate resources according to business impact. Convert market, customer, competitor and cohort insights into transparent segment, offer, geography and channel priorities.




- Paid Acquisition & Demand Generation - Lead channel strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and relevant paid or account-based channels. Own media planning, budgets, creative testing, retargeting, landing pages and separate acquisition approaches for self-serve and enterprise audiences. Set channel decision rules, scale winners, stop weak activity and maintain repeatable playbooks with the internal team and agencies.
- Lifecycle, CRO, Brand & Partnerships - Own website and landing-page conversion, email/CRM journeys, onboarding, nurture, trial-to-paid, reactivation, referrals, expansion and churn-reduction programs. Build a consistent brand, social and earned-media presence, with launch, demo, proof and sales-enablement assets that support paid, organic and enterprise demand.
