Job Title: Analyst Risk Management Shared Services (Banking Operations)

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Risk Management Shared Services team. The role involves supporting banking operations, performing risk-related checks, analyzing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Perform operational and risk management activities for banking processes.
- Review and verify customer and transaction data.
- Conduct due diligence, KYC/AML, and compliance checks as per company guidelines.
- Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and exceptions in banking transactions.
- Ensure timely processing of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.




- Maintain process documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BBM, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations or financial services is preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
