Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts and generate qualified business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and creating a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers across e-commerce, D2C, retail, and related industries.
- Build target account lists using LinkedIn, databases, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Execute structured outbound campaigns through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
- Generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.

Cold Calling & Outreach




- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to increase engagement.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly outreach and activity targets.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain productive conversations.

Lead Qualification
- Understand customer business challenges, technology landscape, and operational requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), business needs, and buying intent.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess opportunity potential and urgency.
- Maintain accurate qualification notes for smooth sales handoff.

Pipeline Management
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Update and maintain customer interactions, lead status, and opportunity details in the CRM.
