Role Description
The Business Development Executive role at HitFame is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a pipeline of leads, and nurturing relationships with entertainment professionals, agencies, and partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver persuasive pitches,
and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and drive platform adoption. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, tracking performance metrics, attending industry events, and providing feedback to improve HitFame’s products and services. The role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-ups, and a strong focus on achieving growth and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the entertainment, media, or tech industries is highly beneficial.
