Role Description
As an Accounts & Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with purchase coordination, vendor management, bill verification, and maintaining proper accounting and purchase records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Prepare and verify bills, invoices and vouchers
- Coordinate purchase requirements with Site and other departments
- Obtain quotations and compare prices from suppliers
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors
- Verify supplier and subcontractor bills
- Maintain purchase and project-wise expense records
- Process authorized payments and maintain petty cash
- Coordinate with Site, Accounts and Management teams
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements
- Maintain proper accounting and purchase documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Purchase
- Experience in real estate / construction preferred
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
