Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Travel Executive – Air Ticket Booking Specialist to handle domestic and international flight reservations, ticketing, fare quotations, cancellations, rescheduling and customer support.

The candidate should have valuable knowledge of airline reservation procedures, fare rules, PNR management and GDS systems, along with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket booking enquiries.
- Search and compare flight options based on customer requirements, travel dates, routing, airline preference and budget.
- Provide accurate airfare quotations and explain applicable fare rules.
- Create and manage PNRs for individual and corporate bookings.
- Issue, reissue, cancel and refund airline tickets as per airline policies.
- Handle flight rescheduling, date changes, route changes and passenger-related modifications.




- Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, cancellations, refunds and other booking-related issues.
- Assist customers with:
- Flight availability
- Fare options
- Baggage allowance
- Seat selection
- Meal requests
- Special service requests
- Travel documentation requirements
- Maintain accuracy while entering passenger names, sectors, travel dates and contact details.
- Process payments and coordinate with the accounts team for booking confirmation.
- Maintain complete booking records, invoices and customer communication.
- Follow up with customers for pending confirmations and payments.
- Handle urgent and last-minute ticketing requirements professionally.
- Provide after-sales support until completion of the passenger’s journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate and travel trade customers.
- Meet assigned booking, revenue and sales targets.
