Newmark RF is looking for a experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to selection, offer management, and onboarding.

The position will support recruitment requirements across both Chennai and Hyderabad locations and will also be involved in onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and other HR generalist activities. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment:
- Confirm position is approved with executive team and meets organizations demand plan
- Create Job Postings
- Internal Postings
- External Postings (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Review request against inventory of current job descriptions
- Collaborate with executives or department managers and draft a job posting for publication
- Source Naukri, Monster or LinkedIn, Web, etc.




- Execute resume search
- Review resumes for high potentials
- Forward resume to approved reviewers
- Upload resume into applicant tracking system
- Utilize Staffing Agencies
- Employee Referral Program
- Review employee referral program yearly based on business need
- Announce employee referral program and reinforce employee referral program during periods of growth
- Review resumes for high potentials
- Reach out to employee referrals to provide a status update
- Forward resume to approved reviewers

Pre-Screen Candidates:
- Initial interview with HR
- Have Final Total Compensation Conversations with Candidates
- Candidate Selection
- DetermineHire/No Hire
- Finalize Candidate Details (Compensation, Level, Start Date, etc.)
- Discuss Unique Offers with Counsel
- Negotiate with Candidate if needed
- Discuss items for negotiation with executives if needed
- Communicate Candidate's Decisio
