Qualifications
- Strong Software Development skills in .NET/C#, JavaScript, and related technologies used for customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and experience configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and connecting Dynamics CRM with external systems.
- Knowledge of Databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience working with Web Services and cloud-based services within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and produce clear documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace.
- Prior experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, Power Apps, and Power Automate is a plus.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly beneficial.
