Business Development Executive - Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Meet the desired Daily target count in any of the Onfield Research activities
Ensure to bring out 100% Data accuracy in Research
Should be ready to pick up Pilot, Dedicated Projects based on the various Vertical head
requirements
Reach out to target number of clients in the assigned sectors on a daily basis for
CCS(Category Cross Selling)
Detail out the Porters offerings to the clients and understand their requirements
Focus on doing more Cross sellings and increase the awareness of all active categories in
Porter app
Identify new requirements to be converted into products depending on client feedback
Make prospecting lists using industry understanding and online sources
Actively track conversion to make sales process improvements
Make cold calls and follow up calls to leads/prospects to assist in conversion
Highlight any trends and concerns to senior management




Perform market studies for new zones depending on business potential and other parameters
Perform New Projects and Central Activities with Minimal supervision and core competency
Expectation from the candidate:
1. Minimum Graduate with 0-5 Years of Experience
2. English and regional language proficiency
3. Basic Excel (Pivot Table, H look up, V look Up, Basic Formulas of excel)
4. Basic Math(Good with Numbers)
5. Positive and professional demeanor - Go getter attitude essential
6. Must be ready to pick random projects at any point of time if assigned
7. Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments
8. Solid negotiating skills, Ability to seal the deal
9. Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before
setting on to work
10. Highly performance driven and smart
