Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations of the dealership.
- Handle accounting for vehicle sales, service, bodyshop and spare parts.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS, profitability and management reports.
- Reconcile OEM statements, incentives, schemes and warranty claims.
- Monitor spare parts inventory, ageing and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit coordination.
- Monitor dealership expenses, margins and working capital.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify financial leakages.
