This is not an entry-level social media role. Your immediate focus would be on two product lines, one in water management and one in parking. And you'll be measured on qualified conversations and pipeline, not impressions and followers

About the chance

In the first 30 days, we'd expect you to:
- Build a focused marketing and content calendar and get to a consistent posting rhythm
- Sharpen the messaging, offers, and sales materials, and set up simple reporting on activity, responses, and appointments

What you'll do
- Plan and publish.
Run a practical monthly marketing plan and a consistent calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and web; turning projects, customer results, and industry news into content worth reading.
- Support the sale and report on it.
Create the messaging, offers, case studies,



presentations, and sales materials that close deals; manage campaigns, contacts, and follow-up in GoHighLevel; and recommend improvements based on what's actually producing conversations.
- Generate demand:
Research target accounts, identify the right decision-makers, and build and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including follow-up sequences

Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of proven B2B marketing and lead-generation experience, not adjacent or theoretical
- Campaigns you personally created and managed, which you can walk us through in detail
- A track record you measure in conversations, appointments, and opportunities created
- Cold email done properly: lead lists, sequencing, follow-up, and deliverability
- LinkedIn outreach and content, plus the prospect research behind both
- Comfortable working inside GoHighLevel, or able to become proficient quickly
