- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote company products/services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to handle objections confidently.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients via phone/email/WhatsApp to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/database.
- Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams for product/service improvement.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
