Location: Pune, Maharashtra - Field Sales Role

Role: Officer Sales - Business Development Executive / Sales & Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- - New Customer Acquisition: Generate leads and onboard recent affluent customers to the bank
- - Field Sales: Daily local travel to meet customers and sell banking products
- - Cross-Selling: Offer Liability and Asset products to existing customers
- - Customer Service: Handle banking queries and deliver best-in-class service
- - Target Achievement: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the bank
- - CRM Management: Maintain daily entries of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system
- - Compliance: Follow all regulatory and legislative guidelines for every activity

Candidate Requirements - MUST HAVE:
- - Education:



Graduate
- - Experience: Fresher or 0-1 year of experience
- - Age: Below 27 years
- - Vehicle: Must own a BIKE and hold a VALID Driving License
- - Skills: Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi/Local Language
- - Should have an Android/iOS compatible mobile phone
- - Should be location-wise mobile

CTC & Benefits:
- CTC: Rs. 2.20 LPA to 4 LPA + Incentives up to Rs. 60,000/month

Important: This is a pure Field Sales role. Candidates must be willing to travel locally for customer meetings across Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
