Position: International Patient Department Executive

Job Purpose

The International Patient Department Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing international patients from the initial enquiry through consultation, treatment, travel coordination, admission, treatment completion, and post-treatment follow-up. The role requires solid communication, coordination, documentation, and patient-service skills to ensure a smooth experience for international patients.

Key Responsibilities1. International Patient Enquiry Management
- Handle enquiries received from international patients through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other channels.
- Understand patient requirements and collect relevant medical and treatment information.
- Coordinate with doctors for preliminary assessment and treatment recommendations.
- Provide patients with accurate information regarding available treatments, estimated costs,



and procedures.

2. Patient Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for international patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate consultations, appointments, investigations, treatment plans, and procedures.
- Ensure timely communication between patients, doctors, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with patients regarding their treatment schedule.

3. Treatment & Cost Coordination
- Coordinate with the concerned clinical team to obtain treatment plans and cost estimates.
- Prepare and share treatment quotations and relevant information with patients.
- Assist patients in understanding the proposed treatment process and expected duration.
- Follow up with patients regarding confirmation of treatment.

4. Travel & Accommodation Coordination
- Assist international patients with information regarding travel, accommodation, transportation,
