The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior requirements, and driving projects from enquiry to booking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, field sales, relationship building, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels. - Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into qualified opportunities. - Meet clients at their homes, project sites, and experience centres. - Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines. - Present GIS interior solutions and explain services, pricing,



and project processes. - Coordinate with the design and presales teams for proposals and client requirements. - Negotiate with clients and drive the sales process towards booking. - Maintain regular follow-ups and update all activities in the CRM. - Build robust relationships with customers, architects, builders, and channel partners. - Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in field sales, interiors, real estate, furniture, home improvement, or a related industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. - Confident and presentable personality. - Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru for client meetings. - Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups. - Basic knowledge
