To operate and set CNC machines efficiently and safely, ensuring components are manufactured as per approved drawings, dimensions, tolerances, quality standards, and production schedules.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC turning / machining centre machines as per job requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining symbols.
- Select and set appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and work-holding fixtures.
- Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, tool offset and wear offset adjustments.
- Load and verify CNC programs before starting production.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary offset corrections.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required dimensions and surface finish.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, and other inspection tools.
- Identify tool wear, abnormal machine sounds, vibration,



and machining problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain production quantity and cycle-time requirements.
- Follow approved drawings, work instructions, inspection standards, and process sheets.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
- Perform routine machine checks, lubrication, coolant checks, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, tool problems, and material shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of OK, rejected, and rework components.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Maintain production and inspection records as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
