About the Role
White Collar Realty is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through effective client interaction, project presentations, site visits, and successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Provide detailed project briefings, including pricing, location advantages, amenities, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions,
and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and sales closing abilities.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
