Job Description

We are looking for Female Tele Sales Executives / Tele callers / Telemarketing Executives to join our team in the Recruitment & Overseas Education sector.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, handling calls, explaining services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into potential clients/students.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Explain recruitment and overseas education services clearly to prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate and convert leads through tele calling and inside sales.




- Maintain proper follow-up records and update the team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Tele calling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Education Counselling, Overseas Education, Recruitment or related fields are preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in a target-oriented setting are preferred.
