Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT staffing projects through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on applications, and negotiating offers.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in US recruitment or related field (IT Staffing).
- Robust understanding of the US market trends and regulations governing employment practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
