Software Product Manager - II

We are seeking a seasoned Software Product Manager with extensive background in designing and delivering high-throughput and mission-critical features in Smart Nudges Platform (SNP). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, problem solving, critical thinking, customer-first approach, deep business understanding, focus on operational efficiency and stakeholder management. Candidate should have 5+ years professional experience in software product management. Your role will be crucial in building creative solutions that drives customer engagement across all banking channels in Kotak.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
Develop a comprehensive product strategy that encompasses market needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements. Define the vision and roadmap.
- Market Analysis:
Perform in-depth market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, banking & fintech industry trends, and customer needs. Identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.




- Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, evaluation, and iteration. Ensure the product aligns with the business goals and delivers value to end-users.
- Feature Development:
Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize features. Create detailed requirements and user stories that align with the overall product strategy.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business units, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams.
- Performance Metrics:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development decisions. Regularly report on product performance and strategic adjustments.
- Customer Experience:
Evangelise customer experience on outbound and inbound
