Oracle Finance / Oracle HR Consultant

Contract

Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 functional and technical support for Oracle Finance and/or Oracle HR modules.

Manage application incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.

Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle modules and business processes.

Work with business users and technical teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.

Support integrations between Oracle and third-party applications.

Perform testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production validation.

Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, process documents, and knowledge articles.

Participate in upgrades, patches, enhancements, and Oracle application releases.

Monitor application performance and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.

Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution.

Oracle Finance – Required Skills





Strong experience in Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion Financials.

Expertise in one or more modules:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management

Tax

Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)

Experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.

Knowledge of financial integrations and reconciliation.

Experience with Oracle workflows, interfaces, reports, and data migration.

Strong SQL knowledge is preferred.

Oracle HR – Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.

Experience with HCM business processes and workflows.

Knowledge of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
