We are a bootstrapped digital mental productivity startup based in Bengaluru. Established in late 2020 to help people harness their minds' full potential and lead productive lives, we aim to become an R&D-led; company developing clinical products for a targeted set of mental health conditions. We hope to see our first research-based product enter clinical trials in 2028/29.

We are currently focused on building personalised productivity and wellness solutions to reshape the up-to-date workplace. Combining segmentation techniques with neuroscience and artificial intelligence, we launched our first product, mind-n, to bring world-class mental productivity solutions to professionals worldwide, enabling them to deliver sustained out-performance minus the stress. The mind-n is custom-built for mentally demanding jobs in high-pressure roles/sectors like sales, R&D;, technology, investment banking, consulting and more.

About The Role

Designer




who’s equal parts creative thinker and curious problem-solver. Someone who sees design as a way to communicate ideas, not just makes things look pretty.

You’ll collaborate with our strategy, content, and digital teams to create thoughtful, human-centred visual design for brand projects.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and visuals for campaigns, social media, and brand identity projects
- Work closely with the strategy and content teams to turn insights into visual narratives
- Support in maintaining design consistency across digital touchpoints
- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions, pitches, and creative workshops
- Help translate complex ideas into clean, impactful visuals
